No, but you should want one. The on-site sales rep works for the builder, not for you. Your own agent reviews contracts, compares incentives across builders, and negotiates on your behalf. Many builders offer to pay the buyer's agent, but that is set by each builder and confirmed in writing before you sign, so ask us how it works for the community you like.
